During the Inception Phase, we will try to understand our client's business processes. By knowing how your business is conducted, we are able to configure your desired product to suit your needs. It is during this phase that we establish a baseline of your vision for the product. Together, we can start towards turning this vision into a reality.

It is during the Elaboration Phase that we crystallize your vision and capture additional requirements you may have.

During the Construction Phase of the project, the finalized and agreed-upon system is developed and tested. Training material, if required, is also developed at this stage.

The Transition Phase is when the system is deployed and made available to users. Any required training is done in this phase and the project is monitored to assure success.
